CNA, LPN and RN's

Please bring:

- State ID( drivers license and social security card)
- Resume with references
- Health and physical within 6months
- PPD within 6mons

Park in the community free parking garage and walk across the street to the carter building. Once inside take the set of stairs to the right side up to suite 6.

Please be aware there is heavy traffic and tons of businesses in this area . You may miss the building driving by but once you park in the free parking garage you will see the carter building to the slight right.
