WIOA Conference

Christie Administration Hosts Conference to Shape Vision for NJ's Workforce System

Thank you to all who participated in the Pathways and Partnerships Conference (March 31 - April 1, 2015). For those unable to attend one or both days, closed-captioned videos of the Auditorium conference content is available. The remainder of the conference consisted of small, break-out brainstorming sessions. In an effort to ensure participants felt free to share their thoughts uncensored, those sessions were not recorded.

As another avenue to encourage free information-sharing, conference participants were encouraged to share their ideas using post-it notes placed on the different Work Group Talking Wall. This information was shared with the Strategic Team and Work Groups to further help them as they design their portions of New Jersey's WIOA Blueprint.
