October 5, 2009
The Rules of the Division have been updated, effective October 5, 2009. Sections pertaining to emergent medical motions, carrier and self-insured contact person information , judicial enforcement powers and Uninsured Employer's Fund have been amended.

February 21, 2006
The Rules of the Division have been updated, effective February 21, 2006. N.J.A.C. 12:235-3.2, pertaining to Motions for temporary disability and/or medical benefits has been modified. Click here for details.

The Rules of the Division have been updated, effective May 16, 2005. These rules address asbestos exposure claims under N.J.S.A. 34:15-33.3; Certification to the Uninsured Employer's Fund medical information in asbestos exposure cases. Click here for details.
