You may be required, from time to time, to report in-person to the One-Stop Career Center. If you do not report and/or participate in Reemployment Services, you may be held ineligible for unemployment benefits.

Participation in Reemployment Services - You may be selected to participate in a mandatory program of reemployment services.  Some of the services include testing and assessments, job counseling, job search workshops, job clubs, and direct job placements.  You will receive an appointment notice advising you of the date, time and location of the appointment.

Quality Control Interview - This is a comprehensive review/audit of the unemployment claim record of a randomly selected individual. This review verifies the reason for separation, all employer records, claimant work search contacts, and agency actions and records. Results of the review help to improve the Unemployment Insurance Program. You will receive an appointment notice advising you of the date, time and location of the appointment.
