From the South
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 15E, through the toll follow the signs to Jersey City Route 1 and 9 north (this will be the road to right center). Proceed on Rt .1&9 over two bridges. As you descend off the second bridge take the left hand turn lanes which will continue Rt 1&9 (truck route). After you have turned and proceed straight ahead count two lights, at the second light make a right turn; there is a Wonder Bagel Shop (at that point you are on Sip Avenue). Proceed to its end, our building will be directly infront of you. Crown Park is on the right. There is a $8.25 daily fee for parking. Cross the street and go straight to the end of the building to enter. An automatic door opener is on the left hand brick column. The JERSEY CITY DVRS Office is located on the 6th floor in suite 604.
From the West
(Route 7) Take Route 280 East to its end, follow signs for Jerey City, prior to getting on the New Jersey Turnpike you will go over a bridge over the Passaic River. Proceed straight ahead, the Railroad will be to your right. You are now in Jersey City on Newark Avenue. Proceed to the third light, Summit Avenue, make a right turn. The JERSEY CITY DVRS Office will be on the left at the third light. Public parking is available across from the building and one block before it just off Summit Avenue. Side of Sip Avenue is accessible.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The State Office Building is three (3) blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportaiton Center.
PATH Trains (PATH Trains run approximately every 15 minutes) and buses to all parts of Hudson County and beyond are available. For bus information call: 1-800-648-0215
NOTE:
* Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on either side of Sip Avenue.
*Public Restrooms are also accessible and located on the first floor of the building opposite the Security Information Desk on the main floor.
