The Decision rendered by the Board of Review is the final administrative decision of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.  Any party to a proceeding before the Board of Review may secure judicial review of the final decision of the Board of Review by filing a written appeal within 45 days of the mailing date of the decision.  The request for judical review should be sent to:
