Positions we are recruiting for in Monmouth County:
- Residential Managers (Direct Care)
- Group Home Manager
- Day Program Staff
 
The information session and group interview are approximately 3 hours. Attendees will not be allowed to enter the session if you arrive 15 minutes after the start time. The position itself is located at the group home or vocational setting in the various areas we serve; this is discussed in more detail in the information session.
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid NJ Driver's License in good standing;
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent;
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative;
- Positive attitude, flexible and patient;
- Passionate about working with adults with special needs.

Interact professionally with store personnel. Expected to unload own truck, which involves push/pull of heavy wheeled carts. No product is palletized and no forklifts are used. Expected to be able to work responsibly and without direct supervision.

- These jobs may require standing for 6-8 hours per day.
