A financial services company in Monmouth county has the need of 10+ people for a call center in their local office. This role will be making 150+ outbound calls a day to potential clients who could be a candidate for the services provided. This role requires someone who is very comfortable on the phones making a large volume of calls per day. Leads will be provided to each candidate. This role pays a base salary plus bonus/ commission. Ideal candidate will have 1+ year of customer service experience. This role requires a candidate who is very strong on phones and has a strong work ethic.
An information management company has a long term temporary opportunity for a documentation specialist. This role will be working 7am -3pm Or 3 pm - 12 am Mon-Fri. Job duties will include: sorting/ preparing hard copy records for scanning and documentation preparation. Candidate will be responsible to handle large volumes of paperwork on a daily basis. One carton at a time is brought to the Prep table by the Record Center Coordinator. Documents are removed in small batches by the Imaging Production Specialist, who removes staples, paper clips, or other fasteners. Bent corners or folded pages are also straightened to allow the sheet to be laid flat. Documents are returned to the carton in the same order in which they were removed. This is usually performed as a seated task but could be arranged as a sit/stand position. This component accounts for about 60% of shift hours if the position is taken as a whole. Ideal candidate will have 1+ year of data entry experience. This role requires a strong attention to detail and organization.
