The hours would solely depend on the case the employee selects.
The Home Health Aide will be responsible for accompanying patients to local doctor's appointments, assisting patients with personal care and health monitoring and helping to maintain a clean home environment for each patient. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate and updated records on each of their patients.
The LPN helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. The LPN will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse - Skills and Qualifications
2+ years' nursing experience
Up to date first aid and CPR certification
Current LPN license in the state
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
Must be able to pass health physical and obtain immunization records.
Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 pounds,
Must be Punctual, Have patient first mindset, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Verbal Communication, Listening, Dependability, and Emotional Control.
