Sous Chef- NJ1415002- $15-$19 - Organize and clean all food preparation areas to maintain established par stocks, prep levels, and efficient production. Ensure all food preparation supplies are properly received, handled and stored. Responsible for the kitchen during chef¿s absence. Assist wherever and whenever needed to ensure timely and smooth quality service. Maintain consistency of product with great attention to food quality, taste, and presentation. Assists in the preparation, portioning, garnishing, presentation and safe storage of food.
Supervisor- NJ1415006- $15-$19- Provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or service. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity. Responsible for orientation and training of employees. Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to oversight duties. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution.
Utility Worker/Wait Staff -$10- NJ1415003- Washes dishes and pots by hand and/or places them in a dishwashing machine. Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks. Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors. Remove trash and garbage to designated areas. Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room. Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to insure sanitary standards. No experience required.
