Stoney Brook Grille is looking for an experienced sautee cook/chef to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic and is willing to work minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Prep work station to restaurant specifications, prep food to order in accordance with restaurant standards, ensure food is prepped timely, ensue customer is fully satisfied. Work with the rest of the kitchen staff team in harmony ensuring full team work, share of responsibilities, respect for each other, cleanliness, helping each other as required, be able to work all stations as needed and required.
Full-time, $13-15/hr depending on experience, 2 years experience preferred, willing to train.

We have an opening for a Full-Time *DISHWASHER* position.* *
Requirement: Dishwashing experience preferred but not required. If you have a positive attitude and a love for learning, you may be interested in joining our team.
Responsibilities: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation. Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.* Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.* Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.* Removes trash and places it in designated containers.
Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.* Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.* Helps load and unload supplies and product.* Performs other duties as assigned.
