GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides support and assistance to people served with developmental disabilities as a personal care attendant. Assists people served in expanding their opportunities to participate in community life as they choose. Assists people in learning new skills and having new life experiences.QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Valid NJ Driver's License 2. Must have high school diploma or equivalent 3. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age 4. Must be able to follow oral or written instructions and complete required documentation 5. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred 6. Must be able to pass background screening
License Practical Nurses
Licensed and currently registered in the State of New Jersey with a current valid license in good standing as a LPN issued by the NJ Board of Nursing. Administers nursing care to patients according to the care plan. Contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of care plans through conferences with the coordinating nurse. Records and reports observations and nursing care performed. Performs other related functions as requested by the supervising nurse within the scope of practice and related experience. Participates in Performance Improvement Activities. Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.Recent graduates welcomed Various schedules are available: week days/nights, overnight, Weekend day and evening shifts.
